Type of Membership

1. Annual Membership
One can apply for annual membership and can avail advantage of the society.

2. Life Membership
One can use the title "LSAP" Associate Member, Society of Anesthesiology Practice.

For example - Dr. K. John, Ph.D., LSAP

3. Fellow Membership
One can use the title "FSAP" Fellow Member, Society of Anesthesiology Practice.

For example - Dr. K. K. Singh, Ph.D., FSAP

Only Person who is qualified the Ph.D. can apply for Fellow Membership.
